The two implementing organizations of the project are AGITPROP and the Bulgarian Photographic Association, both with solid experience in the documentary sector. AGITPROP is on the international documentary market for 7 years now, with some of the most successful co-productions in the region working with the leading broadcasters and funds in Europe and worldwide.

The Bulgarian Photographic Association was established back in 1996 with the aim of developing a more diversified and creative socio-cultural scene. Over the years the association has provided extensive technical and logistical grants to over 60 personal and group projects, offered smaller-scale support to more than 300 projects, and realized numerous presentations of local authors in Bulgaria and abroad.

AGITPROP is an independent documentary production company established to promote strong authors’ opinions and create documentaries reflecting the inspiring and controversial reality of the modern Balkans. AGITPROP works with young authors guiding them to successful films, and is established on the European market, having worked with such major players as broadcasters ZDF Arte, Channel 4, YLE, HOS, Sundance Channel and European production companies Filmtank Hamburg, ZeroOne Film Berlin, TigerLilly UK, Making Movies Finland, and others.
