It follows Jessi, a Canadian woman adopted from Romania, as she uncovers shocking truths about her origins, including the discovery of a long-lost sister, Paula, in Spain. With the help of investigative journalist Adrian Mogos, the film exposes the corruption and human trafficking behind their adoptions.
